Last updated: October 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ascent Epoxy St. Louis website at epoxyfloorstlouis.com and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Ascent Epoxy St. Louis provides professional epoxy flooring installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties in the St. Louis, Missouri area. All services are subject to a separate written estimate or contract provided before work begins.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided through our website, phone consultations, or on-site visits are non-binding until a written agreement is signed by both parties. Pricing may vary based on project scope, material selection, site conditions, and surface preparation requirements. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ materially from those described during the estimate process.
Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the work area on scheduled service dates. Ascent Epoxy St. Louis reserves the right to reschedule work if site conditions are unsafe or if weather conditions (including extreme humidity) would compromise installation quality.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Accepted payment methods and schedules will be confirmed before work begins. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your service agreement.
